YWCA, with it's summer program, gives a head start to underprivileged students in their education. Volunteers in the program obtain a multitude of skills from leadership to teamwork. YWCA has helped me become more involved in my community and make great friends.
It is a lot working with and volunteering for YWCA Ethiopia and it is feels like home. Technically, I am an African youth and still learning more about youth. For this, it is YWCA that enhanced my skill set and gave all opportunity how to be a youth while working with them. I am glad to be hear and passionate to do my best for the wellbeing of young women out there facing the hardest challenge.
The YWCA of Ethiopia is located in different parts of Ethiopia. There is Addis Ababa, Adama, Debire Birhan, Jigjiga, Dessie and Bahir Dar.
